About The Position

Beltway Companies is searching for a Full-Time Laborer to join our team! Pay Range of $18 - $20 per hour based on experience. Beltway Companies is the largest Heavy-Duty Truck Dealership in the Mid-Atlantic. Diesel dealership experience is a plus, but we’re looking for anyone with passion and expertise to help our customers keep their fleets running smoothly. Our Full-Time Laborers are essential to our business structure on a daily basis. In order to provide a top level customer experience our locational cleanliness and organization are of the utmost importance.

Requirements

Dealership setting experience preferred but no required
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided
A valid driver's license is required for this position
Must be a team player and adhere to company policies and procedures

Nice To Haves

Diesel dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintains facilities cleanliness, including but not limited to: customer waiting areas, break rooms, halls, offices, service bays, etc.
Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees
Cleans and washes company vehicles and power equipment as needed
Cleans oil storage area according to procedure
Handles removal of all shop scrap as permitted and returns cores to designated storage areas
Handles on the road shop errands using a company vehicle as required
May be required to assist at other near by locations
Other duties as assigned
