About The Position
Performs miscellaneous manual work in an office, on the grounds, or about the building; does related work as required. This is a 40 hours per week, 12 months per school year position with initial hours of assignment from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, inclusive of a ½ hour unpaid lunch.
Requirements
- Ability to perform Ground Care duties - Mow lawns, weeding, snow shoveling
- Ability to do manual and unskilled maintenance repair work
- Ability to perform unskilled work repairing mechanical equipment and heating systems
- Ability to do minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to move furniture, load and unload trucks
- Good physical condition, strength & stamina

- Ability to perform routine cleaning

- Able to run errands to make deliveries and pickups
