About The Position

Laborer Utility Construction Seeking highly motivated construction laborers to join our team. This position will be working at our main yard in Milton performing yard cleanup, trash pickup, vehicle washing and detailing, regular maintenance around yard, landscaping, and general labor. The work will be located in south Puget Sound, Pierce County. No experience necessary. If you are willing to work hard, we will train you.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow specific oral instructions
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods, often under adverse climatic conditions
• Maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
• Operate motor vehicles
• Perform light to medium manual labor
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must have 2 valid forms of ID (driver's license, social security card, birth certificate, passport), we use E-verify to check your right to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Must have at least 2 verifiable references
• Must supply an employment driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance of yard area.
• Moving supplies and packages around yard and compound.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Picks up debris on and around the yard.
• Wash fleet of vehicles.
• Moves supplies around yard.
• Uses manual and power tools.
• Performs light to medium manual laborer.
