About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Construction Utility Laborer to join our Civil & Excavation division on the Black Desert Resort project in St. George, Utah. We are looking for hard-working individuals with a background in civil construction and a passion for teamwork to help us drive project success. We offer a competitive wage of $20–$25/hour (depending on experience). This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience as a civil construction laborer
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
• Ability to travel moderately based on project requirements
• Must be local to the project area (St. George, UT)
• Reliable, self-driven team player who pays attention to detail and possesses a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
