About The Position

Source Energy Services is seeking a Laborer (Plant Helper) for its Frac Sand Production Facility. This role involves supporting production operations, performing routine inspections, basic maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience operating light or heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Shovel and clean up sand, rock, and mud around conveyor transfer points, feeder discharges, and general plant areas
• Perform routine plant inspections within scope and report issues to the Plant Operator or Shift Supervisor
• Observe and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Identify equipment issues or malfunctions and report them promptly
• Operate equipment within scope (e.g., skid steer, loader, man lift, company vehicles)
• Pull product samples for quality control and follow strict quality standards
• Perform basic plant maintenance tasks within scope
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Support production operations and assist team members as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a strong safety-first culture
• Other duties as assigned
