About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Dry Plant Manager to lead the dry processing operations at our state-of-the-art frac sand facility. If you're passionate about leading teams, optimizing production, and driving continuous improvement in a heavy industrial environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in frac sand, mining, aggregates, cement, or other industrial processing operations.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial dryers, screening equipment, conveyors, material handling systems, and loadout operations.
Experience with preventive maintenance planning, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
MSHA Part 46 certification or the ability to obtain it.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred (equivalent industry experience will be considered).

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operation of the dry plant, including drying, screening, conveying, storage, and loadout.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with the Wet Plant Manager, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Logistics teams to keep production flowing and customers satisfied.
Monitor production metrics, finished product quality, equipment performance, and downtime to drive operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with MSHA, environmental regulations, and company safety standards.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve equipment reliability.
