About The Position
Brown-Wilbert, Inc. in Saint Cloud, Minnesota is seeking a dependable, hard-working individual to support their concrete production team on a temporary basis. This role involves hands-on work producing precast concrete products such as vaults and related structures. This is a physically demanding position in an industrial environment. While this role is temporary, there may be future opportunities with the company based on business needs and individual performance. About Brown-Wilbert: Serving 900 funeral homes, Brown-Wilbert is a regional leader in providing burial vaults, funeral supplies, and precast concrete products to the Upper Midwest. Founded in 1922, they have become the largest septic tank producer and the largest casket and urn supplier in their area. Their services include both indoor and outdoor work, as well as the delivery of burial vaults to cemeteries in urban and rural settings. Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Comfortable working in a dusty, industrial environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Construction, concrete, or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of precast concrete products (forms, pours, finishing)
- Prepare and clean molds/forms for concrete casting
- Support pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
- Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
