Pro-Pipe Services is seeking a motivated Field Technician / Laborer to support underground pipeline inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects. This hands-on, field-based role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that helps maintain critical infrastructure. The Laborer will assist crews with project setup, equipment operation, material handling, site safety, and general labor activities at job sites. This position offers the opportunity to learn specialized skills, work with advanced inspection technology, and build a long-term career within a growing organization.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and crawling
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel during the workweek, including occasional overnight stays
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Assist with pipeline inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects
  • Operate company vehicles, trucks, forklifts, and other equipment as needed
  • Load, unload, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
  • Remove debris and perform general labor using hand tools, including shovels
  • Lift, remove, and replace manhole covers
  • Work in and around confined spaces while following all safety procedures
  • Assist crews with project setup, site preparation, and cleanup
  • Work safely around heavy equipment and machinery
  • Travel to project sites throughout the workweek, including occasional overnight stays as needed
  • Follow all company and customer safety standards and procedures
