Requirements

Ability to physically stand, bend, squat for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift, push or pull up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work in various environments (hot/cold/outdoors)
Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
Proven knowledge of safe operation of powered and non-powered hand tools.
At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to obtain the following: Nevada Drivers License
OSHA 10

Nice To Haves

Forklift/scissor lift/boom lift operator training.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

Exceptional service and recovery ability working with internal and external guests.
Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
Participate in performance management.
Performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and repairs of facilities.
Perform any other related job duties as assigned.
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Assists Maintenance Technicians in developing methods and procedures to control or improve Facilities processes.
Provides assistance to all departments including but not limited to: Furniture relocations and installation, office modifications, etc.
Sets up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
Perform routine cleaning of work areas.
Shop area clean-up and supply.
Forklift operation.
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Clean/clear debris and hazardous materials.
