About The Position
QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP is a company serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and manufacturing industries. The Laborer (Data Collector) executes field and operational activities according to business needs. Field work may include manual planting, pollination, plant identification, sampling, harvesting, weeding, crop maintenance, irrigation-system installation and repair, and manual pest control using a backpack sprayer weighing approximately 35 pounds. Operational work may include seed processing, preparing shipments, and preparing and maintaining break areas, along with other project-related operational activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift more than 35 pounds.
- Proficiency using tablets, computers, and mobile phones.
Responsibilities
- Execute field and operational activities according to business needs.
- Perform agricultural field tasks such as manual planting, pollination, plant identification, sampling, harvesting, and weeding.
- Maintain crops, including installing and repairing irrigation systems and carrying out manual pest control with a backpack sprayer.
- Perform operational tasks such as seed processing, preparing shipments, and preparing and maintaining break areas.
- Carry out other field or operational activities required by the project.
