About The Position

With over 45 years of experience, the company emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency. They are seeking a hardworking and reliable laborer to join their concrete core sawing and drilling team. This role involves assisting operators with concrete cutting, drilling, demolition, and site preparation, requiring physical endurance, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must have reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn.
No criminal record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in concrete core drilling and sawing.

Responsibilities

Assist core drill operators with setup, operations, spotting, and cleanup on job sites.
Handle and transport equipment throughout the job sites.
Load, unload trucks with equipment, machinery, and debris weighing up to 75 pounds.
Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely, for example: shop vac, hammer drill, cordless drills, and generators.
Follow safety guidelines and the company’s policies.
Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members.
Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
Learn and follow directions from supervisors.
Accommodate occasional irregular and/or extended work hours to meet customer schedules and operations limitations which may include days, nights, and/or weekends as needed based on project / customer requirements.
Pass a pre-employment drug test as well as periodic random and scheduled drug testing.
Pass a background check.
