Requirements

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle physically demanding work daily
Comfort working on, around, and under equipment
Stamina to bend, kneel, stand, and move for extended periods
Basic experience with hand tools and jobsite equipment
Reliability — your crew needs to know you’ll show up and follow through
Commitment to safety — no shortcuts, no excuses
Completion of standard pre-employment screening.
Successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer
Passing a drug test (for both full-time and part-time hires)
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; we are unable to sponsor employment visas.
Employment eligibility will be verified upon hire.

Responsibilities

Move, load, and stage materials, tools, and equipment across active job sites
Support site prep, cleanup, and hazard-free environments
Assist with forming, edging, and setting up concrete structures
Help pour, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools
Apply sealants, waterproofing, and finishing treatments
Operate equipment like power vibrators for proper compaction
Maintain constant awareness of crew, equipment, and surroundings
Support traffic control and signal operators when needed
Work side-by-side with experienced crew members and foremen
Do what it takes to get the job done right
