About The Position

This role involves assisting with the installation and maintenance of Fiber communication systems, including cell towers, antennas, cables, and ground equipment. The Laborer will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. A key part of the job is operating company vehicles, including CDL-class trucks, safely and compliantly. The position also requires supporting crews with ground operations such as site preparation and cleanup, and performing basic construction tasks like digging, trenching, concrete work, and site restoration. Adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA standards and fall protection, is mandatory. The role includes conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining equipment, and working outdoors in various conditions. Travel to job sites, potentially including overnight stays, is also a requirement.

Requirements

  • Experience in operating various hand tools
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL- A)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Willingness to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual
  • Previous experience in telecom, construction, or utility work.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified
  • Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., Skid steer, bucket truck)
  • Knowledge of RF (radio frequency) equipment and cabling
  • CPR/First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain
  • Travel to job sites as required (may include overnight stays)
