About The Position

Castle Biosciences is growing and looking to hire a Laboratory Testing Technician to work from their laboratory in Pittsburgh, PA @ Nova Place location. The technician will be responsible for sample processing, performing quality control checks, and providing overall laboratory support. This role involves working with equipment setup for staining and imaging, preparing reagents, managing specimens, and assisting with inventory and quality management activities. The primary functions include equipment setup, monitoring, and maintenance; conducting inventory checks and stocking consumables; and managing slide specimens, including archiving, tracking, and storage.

Requirements

• At least an associate's degree in biological science (i.e., biology, chemistry, etc.)
• Laboratory work experience required
• Proven flexibility and dependable performance
• All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
