The Hamilton Regional Laboratory Medicine Program (HRLMP) is a collaborative program funded and operated jointly by Hamilton Health Sciences and St. Joseph's Hospital. Requirements
- Currently registered with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO)
- 3 years histology experience
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- A practical examination may be part of the interview process
Nice To Haves
- IHC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing IHC stains
- Perform quality assurance of IHC
- Develop new antibodies under the direction of the Technical Specialist
- Perform troubleshooting of IHC stains
- Maintain inventory control of IHC reagents
- Other duties as assigned
