About The Position
MCC Laboratory Technician - Full-time – 40 hours per week. This role involves cheese analysis, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis using equipment such as O’haus, pH meters, and Food Scan. It also includes environmental monitoring, such as swabbing, internal/external testing, and managing corrective actions and follow-ups. The position also requires performing instrument checks and maintenance.
Requirements
- Excellent attendance record
- Basic use of Microsoft Office Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and use company databases and reporting tools
- High level of organization and attention to detail required
- Ability to work closely in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form
- Organized and timely execution of assigned tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred practical experience with Laboratory Techniques and Lab Equipment
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
