About The Position

The MCC Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing cheese analysis, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis using various instruments. This role also involves environmental monitoring, such as swabbing and internal/external testing, and managing corrective actions. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for instrument checks and maintenance. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a transition to a 12-hour rotating schedule in the new year. Requirements

Basic use of Microsoft Office Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
Ability to learn and use company databases and reporting tools
High level of organization and attention to detail required
Ability to work closely in a team environment.
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form
Organized and timely execution of assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

Excellent attendance record
Preferred practical experience with Laboratory Techniques and Lab Equipment
Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities
