About The Position

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The primary role is to report results in a timely manner, assisting operations support. The technician will work independently in accomplishing sampling and testing, correlate numbers between different processes, and differentiate items out of specification. Responsibilities include verifying sufficient inventory of testing supplies, maintaining the cleanliness of the lab environment, and adhering to documented SOPs and Safety Rules. Prompt attendance and adherence to the assigned schedule are essential. The role also involves exemplifying ADM core values: Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Resourceful, Teamwork, and Responsibility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
  • Basic understanding of chemistry, math and operation of standard lab equipment.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates in an applied science preferred
  • Lab experience preferred
