Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or Associates Degree in a Life Science, with a minimum of two years related experience.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic laboratory management systems (E.g., LIMS, LES, MODA, ELN).
  • Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with TrackWise and/or Veeva.
  • Experience with change control, analytical and deviation investigations, including root cause analysis and CAPA.
  • Experience with use and operation of analytical balances and pipettes.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily laboratory operations to maintain optimal laboratory throughput.
  • Collaborating with other site departments to facilitate sample coordination activities.
  • Working with laboratory personnel to ensure samples, reference standards, microbiological media, and reagents within the laboratory are managed per procedural and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting daily laboratory readiness activities, such as performing daily instrument checks, preparation of laboratory solutions, performing scheduled cleaning, laboratory workstation stocking, maintaining laboratory glassware.
  • Providing back-up support to the stability storage and administration team.
  • Performing basic GMP laboratory testing activities, such as simple utility or entry‑level assays as needed.
