About The Position
Sentara Health is hiring a full-time Laboratory Support Technician for the Anatomic Pathology Lab at Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA. This role operates Monday-Friday from 0700 to 1530. The position supports the Anatomic Pathology lab and assists with cytology collection procedures. As a Laboratory Support Technician (LST), your duties will include preparing specimens according to discipline operating procedures for interpretation by technical staff, performing instrument maintenance, and conducting inventory functions as per operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in chemical, physical or biological science or medical technology
