About The Position
Sentara Health is hiring a full-time Laboratory Support Technician (LST) to work days in the Clinical Lab at Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA. The role involves preparing specimens according to operating procedures for technical staff and performing instrument maintenance and inventory functions. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in chemical, physical or biological science or medical technology
Responsibilities
- Prepare specimens per discipline operating procedure for result/interpretation by technical staff
- Perform instrument maintenance and inventory functions per operating procedures
