About The Position
Join Bonneville Labs’ shared-lab network as a per diem Lab Operations Specialist. You’ll support daily lab operations, safety checks, and equipment maintenance during scheduled and on‑call shifts. Requirements
- Lab Ops II: BS degree in life sciences plus 3 years of lab experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform routine lab tasks safely.
Nice To Haves
- Lab Ops I: AA degree in life sciences or HS diploma with 2 years of lab experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily and monthly workorders (equipment checks, safety inspections, consumables).
- Perform safety checks (eyewash, showers, fire extinguishers, spill kits).
- Support equipment maintenance and run test cycles outside standard hours.
- Provide member support by resolving service and equipment issues.
- Float between South San Francisco sites as needed.
- Respond to shift requests within 30 minutes; shifts assigned on a first‑come basis.
