About The Position
The Laboratory Operations Manager manages and directs the Laboratory to support the organization’s mission, vision, and values. The role provides technical expertise to laboratory and nursing personnel on quality specimen collection practices and is responsible for Quality Assurance functions, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. The manager ensures compliance with requirements of applicable regulatory and government agencies related to employment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor licensure required.
- Clinical Laboratory Scientist (MT) training required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Five years of clinical laboratory experience, including supervisor experience.
