Play a vital role in supporting construction and infrastructure projects across Southwestern Ontario by keeping materials, samples, and equipment moving safely and efficiently. As a Laboratory Logistics Driver, you will be a trusted link between field teams and laboratory operations — helping ensure quality testing, reliable results, and safe project delivery. A WSP fleet vehicle is provided for all routes.

Requirements

A valid Ontario driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years of clean driving experience.
Confidence operating pickup trucks and cargo vans.
A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and personal accountability.
Sound judgement and the confidence to ask questions when clarification is needed.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
The ability to multitask and perform well in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Transport construction material samples, equipment, and supplies between job sites and laboratories with care and accuracy.
Plan and execute efficient daily pick‑up and delivery routes across Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Burlington, Cambridge, with occasional travel to other WSP locations within Ontario.
Support laboratory testing schedules by coordinating timely inbound and outbound materials.
Promote a strong safety culture by following all Health & Safety requirements and WSP policies.
Communicate professionally with laboratory and field staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain delivery logs and required documentation with attention to detail.
Contribute to general laboratory logistics and warehouse operations as needed.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Assist with data entry, sample tracking, sample storage management, and other administrative activities to support laboratory operations and testing programs.
