The Laboratory Integration Engineer will support the development and execution of experiments associated with GLE’s first-of-a-kind uranium enrichment technology development program. The Laboratory Integration Engineer will operate, configure, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analytical equipment and experimental systems, including residual gas analyzers (RGA), mass spectrometers, vacuum instrumentation, gas analyzers, spectroscopy equipment, data acquisition systems, and associated test hardware. This position will work directly with scientists and engineers to develop experimental setups, execute testing, collect and organize data, troubleshoot unexpected results, and support interpretation of experimental results. The role requires a strong hands-on background and the ability to work effectively with analytical instrumentation, vacuum and gas systems, sensors, controls, and prototype laboratory equipment. NOTE: This role is subject to the incumbent’s ability to hold and maintain an NRC Q-clearance and nuclear site access.
