About The Position

FBMC is looking to add an Integration Engineer who is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting system integrations that enable seamless data flow across business applications. This role serves as a technical owner of Salesforce and related integrations, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve business processes, and support key technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in systems integration, Salesforce administration, business systems, or related technology roles.
  • Experience working with APIs, web services, integrations, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification.
  • Experience in the benefits, insurance, or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, AppExchange products, and system governance best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical owner of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, integrations, and data management.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems using APIs, web services, webhooks, and ETL processes.
  • Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce governance, security standards, data quality processes, and role-based access controls.
  • Evaluate, implement, and support Salesforce managed packages and AppExchange solutions.
  • Help lead system implementations, enhancements, and release activities from planning through deployment.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing regular project updates.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology optimization.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Create and maintain process, configuration, and integration documentation.
  • Support user adoption through documentation, training materials, and release communications.
