About The Position
A community hospital near Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Laboratory Director to join its leadership team! This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a day shift schedule. Up to 6 months of housing assistance is provided. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and is a leadership opportunity overseeing laboratory operations and personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of MT/MLT experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required
- ASCP certification as an MT or MLT required

- Previous laboratory leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct daily laboratory operations and personnel management
- Oversee hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Maintain quality control programs and regulatory compliance
- Delegate technical responsibilities while ensuring laboratory quality standards
