Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Valid certification as one of the following: Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Strong understanding of laboratory quality and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of hospital lab experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of routine and specialized diagnostic laboratory tests
• Prepare and process specimens for microscopic examination and advanced testing
• Operate and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation
• Ensure compliance through quality control and quality assurance procedures
• Accurately record and manage lab results in designated systems
• Uphold strict safety, privacy, and biohazard protocols
