About The Position

Join Haxtun Health as a Laboratory Assistant and play an important role in supporting quality patient care in our rural community. You’ll assist with specimen collection and processing, laboratory testing, and daily lab operations while working alongside a dedicated team. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid certification from Phlebotomy program
Minimum of one (1) year experience with phlebotomy in a medical lab environment
Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

Performs routine tasks using lab instruments and assists with regular maintenance and quality controls.
Collects processes and distributes patient specimens for testing.

Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
