The Lab Assistant is responsible for providing high-quality laboratory support within the Occupational Health Clinic, with a primary focus on specimen collection and processing. This position requires a highly skilled phlebotomist who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service. The individual will primarily perform venipuncture and specimen collection but will also be expected to cross-train in other clinical functions as needed to support clinic operations. Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) certification or experience is preferred. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills and be able to adapt to the changing needs of the clinic while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
