We’re currently looking for a Labor - Upholstery to perform furniture reupholstery tasks, from installing foam and fabric to conducting quality control, while maintaining a safe work environment and helping to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to safely use pneumatic tools and production equipment
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
• Ability to work standing for long periods and to handle light to moderate loads

• Experience in upholstery, furniture manufacturing, or a manufacturing environment (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Perform the various steps involved in upholstering furniture in accordance with established quality standards
• Install foam, padding, and fabric using pneumatic tools and specialized equipment
• Check the quality of finished products to ensure a neat finish that meets requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform various production tasks as needed to support operations
