Labor Support and Janitorial Duties
About The Position
Advanced Heat Treat Corp. is looking for a full-time employee for Labor Support and Janitorial duties at our Monroe, MI facility. This role involves providing support to equipment operators and heat treat technicians by following process instructions and work orders. Duties include fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading, and packaging of customer parts, as well as routine shop duties. The position also encompasses deep to light cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming of common areas such as restrooms, break rooms, and office areas. Responsibilities include managing garbage in operational and office areas, operating a floor scrubber, and performing additional janitorial tasks as assigned. The work environment is a climate-controlled facility.

- Ability to operate a fork truck and overhead crane
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Provide support to equipment operators and heat treat technicians by following process instructions and work orders.
- Fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading, and packaging of customer parts.
- Perform routine shop duties.
- Deep to light cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming of common areas like restrooms, break rooms and office areas.
- Take care of garbage in operations and office area.
- Run floor scrubber in the facility.
- Additional janitorial responsibilities will be assigned on an as needed basis.
