- Strong ability to spot small clean-up needs and maintain consistently high standards across all assigned spaces.
- Capability to execute daily task lists efficiently and meet shift deadlines without requiring constant direct supervision.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset when encountering unexpected operational or cleaning challenges.
- Clear verbal and written skills to interact constructively with team leads, management, and property representatives.
- Dependable attendance paired with a positive, flexible attitude when adjusting to shifting priorities, new schedules, or client feedback.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including dusting surfaces, wiping down desks, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning breakrooms, and removing trash and recycling.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned flooring areas daily; assist with specialized floor maintenance as needed.
- Monitor, restock, and maintain inventory levels for paper products, soap, sanitizers, and essential cleaning supplies.
- Follow all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures (SDS), and company protocols to ensure a safe workplace for yourself, co-workers, and clients.
- Ensure buildings and assigned service areas are properly secured upon completion of your shift.
