This position is responsible for creating and managing daily schedules for all production lines, ensuring that company and temporary employees are scheduled based on their skill set, availability, and training. The role involves making adjustments to the schedule as business demands change, implementing standard labor guidelines, and reducing labor if necessary. Key duties include attendance tracking, preparing and distributing daily staffing reports, reviewing and adjusting timecards, submitting daily attendance to temporary agencies, checking in new temporary workers and visitors, ensuring GMP compliance, supporting interplant communication, managing the plant de-crewing process, ensuring adherence to union guidelines, distributing paychecks, and assisting in identifying trainers. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and people skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
