Labor Relations Manager - CA
About The Position
Reporting to the Senior Director of Labor Relations, the Labor Relations Manager will serve as one of the primary day-to-day leaders for all labor relations matters in Tenet’s affiliated California and Tennessee markets. This role will be part of a team that oversees labor relations across seven facilities in California and two facilities in Tennessee and will work closely with senior human resources and operations leadership. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Labor Relations, this individual will help drive strategy and provide guidance on a broad range of labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, contract interpretation and administration, labor law compliance, and union avoidance. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, with the potential to expand into a broader role supporting labor relations efforts across the United States.
