About The Position
Metallus Internship Program At Metallus, our internship program is designed to make you part of our team. You will have opportunities to grow your skills, develop as a leader, and network with our managers and leaders. Our program allows you to gain real work experience in a team environment. Metallus also supports your career readiness development through workshops with topics like resume building and interview prep.
Requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook
Nice To Haves
- Preferred majors: Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology with I/O, Law, Business Management with focus/minor in Labor Relations, or related
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Assisting in labor research.
- Assisting in benchmarking.
- Assisting with projects such as hourly compensation statements to be sent out fall of 2027.
