Starbucks is seeking a passionate Senior Labor Relations Business Partner to join a dedicated cross-functional team. This role will provide labor relations support to partners and leaders across retail, manufacturing, and distribution. The function will support local leaders with resources to help navigate union activity with dignity and respect for partners. The role involves partnering with local leaders and support teams to proactively enhance the partner experience across North America by activating strategic partner and store initiatives, leveraging analytics and data for insights, and advocating for all partners.
