Labor Relations Analyst Required Experience Previous Labor Relations experience – transportation industry preferred. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills. Strong computer skills (LaborSoft, Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of office practices, recordkeeping, data management and tracking systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Customer service-oriented and capable of working effectively with staff and the public. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines. Ability to multitask in a faced-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications · High school diploma or GED required · BS/BA business administration a plus · Minimum of 2 years of administrative or analyst experience, preferably in a union, public transit, transportation, or government setting. Work Enviornment Office environment with occasional visits to either the North or South location. May require occasional evening, weekend and holiday hours during special events or emergencies. Ability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies). Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check.
