About The Position
We’re working with a highly regarded AM Law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of litigation experience, including both single-plaintiff matters and class or representative actions. This role is well suited for an attorney who can take ownership of cases and handle matters through all stages of litigation.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of litigation experience
- Experience with single-plaintiff matters
- Experience with class or representative actions
- Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing

Responsibilities
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue substantive motions
- Conduct complex factual investigations
- Manage cases with limited supervision
