Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, currently has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 4th - 6th year associate in the Labor & Employment group of our Dallas, TX office. Requirements
- 4th - 6th year associate
- strong interpersonal skills
- writing and analytical ability
- keen attention to detail
- the desire and initiative to take ownership
- trial experience
- demonstrable substantive knowledge of basic employment concepts under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws
- Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization or be prepared to take the exam when eligible
- strong academic credentials and references
- member of the Texas State Bar or willing to quickly become one
