About The Position
A highly respected law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Cincinnati office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising employers on workplace matters, employment litigation, labor relations, compliance issues, and day-to-day employment counseling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of labor & employment experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters independently
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
Nice To Haves
- Experience representing employers in employment litigation and workplace disputes preferred
- Experience advising clients on wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, leave and accommodation issues, restrictive covenants, and workplace policies
- Experience conducting legal research, drafting motions, and managing litigation matters
- Experience counseling employers on personnel decisions, investigations, and risk management strategies
