The Labor Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing daily schedules for all company and temporary employees based on skill set, availability, and training. This role involves making schedule adjustments based on business demands, implementing standard labor guidelines, and tracking attendance. The coordinator also prepares daily staffing reports, reviews and adjusts timecards, submits attendance to temporary agencies, checks in new temporary workers and visitors, and ensures GMP compliance. Additionally, the role supports interplant communication, manages the plant de-crewing process, ensures adherence to union guidelines, distributes paychecks, and assists in identifying trainers for new staff. Other duties as identified or assigned.
