About The Position

The Labor Claims Inspector delivers exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. This role will be expected to assist customers, stores, and DCs with labor claim questions and administer the various aspect of our labor claims program.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Typing, email, spreadsheet, word processing skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience processing labor claims at a distribution center
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket involving customer service, product liability, and quality control
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Assist store, field, and DC teams with labor claim procedure questions, issues, and status inquiries.
  • Request necessary responses from vendors.
  • Review claims awaiting customer satisfaction process approval.
  • Inspect and process In-Lieu of claims.
  • Upload denied labor claim responses.
  • Assist stores with labor claim payments and customer payment request questions.
  • Review customer payment request awaiting customer service satisfaction approval.
  • Maintain and update labor claim shipping instructions.
  • Provide labor claim support to retail and professional customers.
  • All other duties as assigned.
