About The Position
A national defense platform is expanding its Pennsylvania labor and employment practice and is seeking an experienced L&E partner to join its Philadelphia office on a hybrid basis. This is a genuine growth opportunity for a senior attorney ready for a platform that supports flexibility, autonomy, and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Partner-level L&E defense experience.
- Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
- Portable book of business required.
- Interest in building and growing a practice with national platform support.
- Comfortable with a remote or hybrid arrangement.

- Represent employers in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FEHA, wage and hour, and related employment matters.
