Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Management in MedTech or an equivalent regulated industry.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • Proven experience developing labeling processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Quality Systems, Design Control, and Change Control best practices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding of process management, engineering principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Six Sigma, Lean) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures related to product labeling.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of labeling professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point person for New Product Development and Lifecycle teams in executing labeling strategies and project plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and align on label strategy and content with Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, R&D, Product Lifecycle, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams through relationship building and process improvement.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain labeling execution across operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement of labeling systems and operations through benchmarking and industry knowledge, and drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability of labeling processes across regions and manufacturing sites.
  • Facilitate the intake process for new labeling projects, ensuring adequate resourcing and prioritization, and manage the cadence for lifecycle changes to ensure compliance across our platforms.
  • Develop and report on labeling metrics and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement, and facilitate cross-functional communications and governance with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, templates, SharePoint sites, and other operational documentation that support label and IFU lifecycle execution.
  • As needed, support redlining and Quality Control (QC) reviews, and manage change request and release processes for select labeling projects.
