About The Position

Phillips Distilling Company (PDC) is seeking a full-time Label Operator for its production team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all labeler equipment, including setup, operation, and monitoring. The Label Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient line operation and high-quality product output. Responsibilities also include monitoring supply levels, inspecting products for defects, completing documentation, and performing cleaning and light maintenance duties. The position may involve assisting on other areas of the line and supporting the Line Lead in directing other team members. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement is essential. The role requires English literacy, basic math skills, computer proficiency, and effective email communication. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are also necessary. Previous manufacturing experience, particularly with labeler equipment, is ideal. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Candidates must pass a background check, drug test, and physical ability exam. Phillips Distilling Company is an E-Verify participating employer.

Responsibilities
