About The Position

As a Label Operator, you will be responsible for labeling, ink stamping, overcoating, and etching outlined information on detail components and assemblies using general shop tools and equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring components are correctly identified and processed according to manufacturing standards. The position requires adherence to documented manufacturing processes, production of quality parts, and meeting individual productivity goals. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a clean work area, complying with all safety requirements, and following company policies, including attendance. Effective communication with leads and coworkers is essential to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, easily understood manner.
• English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to wear special PPE required to do the job (respirators and safety glasses).
• High School diploma / General Education Completion.
• Basic math skills to perform basic calculations such as addition and subtraction.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and use of hand tools.

• Clean and maintain work areas as part of 5s program.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
