About The Position

STEICO Industries is seeking a Label Operator for the AM Shift (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). This role involves labeling, ink stamping, overcoating, and etching information on detail components and assemblies using general shop tools and equipment. The company is a precision tube and duct assembly manufacturer serving major airframe manufacturers and is part of the Senior Plc group, a global manufacturing entity.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, easily understood manner.
• English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to wear special PPE required to do the job (respirators and safety glasses).
• High School diploma / General Education Completion.
• NO Experience Needed.
• Basic math skills to perform basic calculations such as addition and subtraction.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform label, ink stamp and etch duties on components and assemblies.
• Use general shop and hand tools.
• Wear special PPE required to do the Job (Respirators, Safety Glasses).
• Follow documented manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Produce quality parts and meet individual productivity goals.
• Clean and maintain work areas as part of 5s program.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Follow all Steico Policies including Attendance.
• Communicate well with leads and coworkers to achieve the department goals.
• Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate.
