About The Position
As a Machine Operator, you will be the "Technical Pilot" of our label production line. You will lead the setup and operation of precision machinery, ensuring we meet vital deadlines with a "zero-defect" mindset. We are looking for a teammate who is curious about how things work and takes personal accountability for quality and performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of related experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to distinguish colors for quality labels.
- Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Mechanically inclined individual who enjoys "owning" a piece of technology to meet production goals.
- High attention to detail, capable of monitoring close tolerances and catching errors before they lead to waste.
- Agility when priorities shift and comfortable learning new software and cross-training on different assets.
- Reliable and understand that regular attendance is essential for the team’s collective success.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently run label machines to meet daily production schedules while minimizing raw material waste.
- Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor instruments, maintain dies, and find root-cause solutions to equipment malfunctions.
- Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data.
- Collaborate across departments, performing distribution functions as needed to ensure site success.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Benefits
- The hourly rate for this position is $17.79 - $23.72 / hour
