About The Position

Lakeside Foods is hiring a Label Line Operator to set up, operate, and maintain label-line machinery and equipment. The role includes checking cans and cartons to ensure labels and printing match the designated product, batch, and customer specifications, as well as completing order and label work-order entries. The position is located in Belgium, Wisconsin.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or related training as a line operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up label machines and equipment.
• Lubricate, adjust, and clean label machines and equipment.
• Maintain and set up machinery on the label line.
• Examine cans to verify that the correct labels are applied to the designated product and batch, and assess whether the product is suitable to run.
• Examine cartons to verify they are printed according to customer specifications.
• Complete all necessary entries on order and label work orders.
